Philippine Foreign Service Officers Examinations

Attention: All Filipino Citizens

The Board of Foreign Service Examinations (BFSE) of the Philippines has announced that it will conduct the Foreign Service Officers Examinations on the following dates:

10 May 2009	Part 1	FSO Qualifying Test
18 & 19 July 2009 (tentative)	Part II	Preliminary Interview
22,23 & 24 July 2009 (tentative)	Part III	Written Test
11,12 & 13 Nov 2009 (tentative)	Part IV	Oral Test
23-27 Nov 2009 (tentative)	Part V	Psychological Test

Only Part I of the FSO Examinations will be conducted at the following venues outside of the Philippines:

Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C.
Philippine Embassy in Vienna
Philippine Consulate General in Dubai

Part II and III will be administered at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines.

For those interested in taking the examination, please be informed that all application forms must be received and processed by the Philippine Embassy in Washington DC no later than 20 March 2009.

As of today, applicants who filed for their ePassports on or before 23 December 2011 may email the Consulate at honolulupc@hawaii.rr.com to confirm whether their passports are ready for pick up.

Please note that there still may be some applicants who applied on or before this date whose epassports may not have been printed and ready for pick up.
