Attention all Philippine Passport holders:
Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu to implement new ePassport system
effective 01 July 2010!
All Filipino citizens applying for passports in Honolulu, Hawaii will no longer need to submit photographs, as their pictures, their fingerprints, and their signatures, will be taken on-site. This also means that all passport applicants, regardless of age, are henceforth required to appear personally at the Philippine Consulate in Honolulu.
Photos for applications for dual citizenship and Report of Marriage will still need to be submitted. Below is a list of photo studios in the state of Hawaii where you can have your photos taken. The owners of these studios had previously submitted their photo samples which the Consulate had approved . If you own a studio and wish to be included in this list, please inform the Consulate of your intent and send us a sample of your photos for our perusal. You may also have your photo taken by any photo studio of your choice. Just make sure that your photos compliant with the Consulate's regulations.
